​Periodic Customer Reviews

I.   WAPA will periodically evaluate customer actions (PDF 92KB) for consistency.

WAPA will randomly select customers for review.

All customer types will be subject to review, with the exception of those filing Small Customer Plans (SCP) and Energy Efficiency/Renewable Energy Report (EE/RE) reports.

WAPA will document these periodic reviews.
