Evaluation

I. IRPs and alternative reports will be evaluated (PDF 92KB) on the basis of:

• Meeting all criteria in 10 CFR 905 (PDF)
• Reasonableness of the plan with regard to: Customer size, type, resource needs, geographic area and competitive situation
• Resource choice selection (EPAct 1992 section 114) (PDF) [usbr.gov]
