Western Replacement Power / Customer Displacement Power
The Western Area Power Administration’s (WAPA) Colorado River Storage Project (CRSP) transitioned into the Southwest Power Pool’s Regional Transmission Organization Market (Market) on April 1, 2026. WAPA-CRSP determined monthly-only WRP and CDP services would be offered during the Summer 2026 Season (Apr. 1 – Sept. 30, 2026). As we continue to navigate the transition into the Market, WAPA-CRSP will extend the monthly-only WRP and CDP service model into the FY 2027 Winter Season.
The table below identifies the WRP Monthly-only & CDP administrative charges and the CDP adjustment charge for the FY 2027 Winter Season effective October 1, 2026.
