Western Replacement Power / Customer Displacement Power
The Colorado River Storage Project (CRSP) Region will transition into the Southwest Power Pool’s Regional Transmission Organization Market (Market) on April 1, 2026, as of date of this notice. As CRSP navigates this transition, time will be needed to assess and refine its Western Replacement Power (WRP) and Customer Displacement Power (CDP) service processes within the new Market framework. During this initial onboarding period, WAPA-CRSP has determined only Monthly WRP and CDP services will be offered for the FY 2026 Summer Season. As CRSP settles into the Market, we will continue to seek the opportunity to offer Day-Ahead and Real-Time WRP service.
The table below identifies the WRP Monthly-only & CDP administrative charges and the CDP adjustment charge for the FY 2026 Summer Season effective April 1, 2026. The FY 2025 Summer Season WRP charge was adjusted to reflect what the charge would have been had it been calculated for WRP Monthly service only.
