WAPA’s CPI community of over 300 members drives efficiency through Lean Six Sigma, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development to enhance operations.

During National Wildfire Awareness Month in May, the Western Area Power Administration is increasing knowledge of wildfire risk and potential impacts.

WAPA’s Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) program is championed by two relatively new leaders who are driving CPI forward from a long history and solid foundation for successful process improvement.

Though articles and videos, employees share how they contribute to WAPA’s mission and strategy.

Nearly a year in the making, WAPA released its updated strategic plan Feb. 7, 2023.

The strategic plan is the successor to Strategic Roadmap 2024. It will guide WAPA through an evolving energy landscape for the next seven years.
