​​WAPA is proposing the Olmsted Project Formula Rate (WAPA-177).  Information on rate order WAPA-177 will be posted and updated on this page as it becomes available for public release.

• The Olmsted Proposed Rate Order is expected to publish to the Federal Register on October 12, 2017.
• With a publish date of October 12, the 90-day consultation and comment period will begin October 12, 2017 and end on January 10, 2018.
• The Public Information forum and the Public Comment forum will be held at 10:00 am on November 17, at the Colorado River Storage Project Management Center office (please see NEW address below).  WAPA will accept oral and written comments during the Public Comment forum and will accept written comments any time during the 90-day consultation and comment period.
• Please address any comments to Mr. Steve Johnson, Senior VP and CRSP Manager (Acting), via mail or email to JohnsonS@wapa.gov.  In addition, please also email or “CC” comments to the CRSP-MC Rates team at CRSPMC-rate-adj@wapa.gov.
