​Replacement Resource Process

WAPA’s Replacement Resource Process was a result of the Grand Canyon Protection Act of 1992, which authorized the Department of Energy to identify economically and technically feasible methods of replacing lost generation at Glen Canyon Dam, and to prepare a report by two years after the implementation of permanent changes in operations at Glen Canyon.
