2023 Rate Adjustment – Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program — Eastern Division Firm Power Service & Sale of Surplus Products
The Western Area Power Administration Rocky Mountain Region and Upper Great Plains Region Rate Order Nos. WAPA-179 and WAPA-180 respectively will expire on December 31, 2022. RMR and UGP are entering into a Rate Process, under Rate Order Nos. WAPA-202 and WAPA-203 respectively, to put new rates into effect for a 5-year period beginning January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2027.
