Loveland Area Projects Firm Electric Service & Sale of Surplus Products – 2025 Rate Adjustment
The Western Area Power Administration Rocky Mountain Region and Upper Great Plains Region Rate Order Nos. WAPA-212 and WAPA-213, were confirmed and approved by WAPA’s Administrator on November 12, 2024, and subsequently published in the Federal Register on November 20, 2024. Signature of the Rate Order 212 places Firm Electric Service and Sale of Surplus Products formula rates, set forth in LAP Rate Schedules L‑F13 and L-M4, into effect beginning January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2029, or until superseded.
