Loveland Area Projects Firm Electric Service & Sale of Surplus Products – 2023 Rate adjustment

The Western Area Power Administration Rocky Mountain Region and Upper Great Plains Region Rate Order Nos. WAPA-202 and WAPA-203, were confirmed and approved by WAPA’s Administrator on November 9, 2022, and subsequently published in the Federal Register on November 21, 2022. Signature of the Rate Order places Firm Electric Service and Sale of Surplus Products formula rates, set forth in LAP Rate Schedules L‑F12 and L-M3, into effect beginning January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2027, or until superseded.
