2021 LONG-TERM RATES FOR USE UNDER WEIS - TRANSMISSION, LOSSES, AND ENERGY AND GENERATOR IMBALANCE SERVICES
On September 30, 2021, formula rates for short-term sales for use under the Western Energy Imbalance Serivce (WEIS) Market will expire. RMR is proposing a minor rate adjustment to put long-term rates for use under WEIS in place for a 3-year period effective October 1, 2021, while concurrently working on a rate extension for RMR's formula rates for LAP transmission and LAP, WACM, and CRSP ancillary services for a 3-year period effective October 1, 2021. This will allow time for further project planning and discussions regarding new 5-year rates for transmission, ancillary services, and losses pending the outcome of Regional Transmission Organization discussions.
