Categorical exclusions are posted here to promote transparency and openness. Some actions may have environmental impacts that require an environmental assessment and a detailed analysis to determine the extent and severity of the impacts. For actions that have significant impacts or consequences to the environment or human health, UGP prepares environmental impact statements.

NOTE:
The Lake Bowdoin, Additon of New Substation Categorical Exclusion and the O'Fallon Creek Substation Yard Expansion Categorical Exclusion have been withdrawn by Western. The National Environmental Protection Act compliance for these projects will be covered by the Keystone XL Pipeline project Final Environmental Impact Statement.
