Alternative Intake Project, Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, California

Western proposes to provide an electric transmission line and interconnection to Contra Costa Water District's Alternative Intake Project located in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, within San Joaquin and Contra Costa Counties, California.

Western would construct, operate and maintain a new, 3.6-mile long, 69-kilovolt, single-circuit electrical transmission line and provide a new interconnection to the Contra Costa Water District's Alternative Intake Project.  Western would provide electric service to CCWD facilities, including a new CCWD substation and pump station on the Victoria Canal.
