Making Changes to the Conference Call

Prior to the Call: If you have any questions or if you need to CANCEL, need more or less lines (notify Operator before start of call) please call the CSO Operator at 720 962 7000.

Calls must be canceled at least 30 minutes prior to the start time to avoid cancellation fees.

During the Call: If you have any questions or problems that require immediate attention contact the MCI/FTS Operator using the following steps:

1. Hit *0 on an active Conference connection or dial 877 855 4797
2. If asked give the pass-code listed above.
3. If asked give the "Leader Name" as Adrian Schmitz. (The"Leader" is the FTS POC at Western)
