Generator:  Bandwidth is +/- 2% hourly deviation (Minimum of 4 MW).  Out-of-bandwidth receives 25% penalty.  LAP real-time average sales and purchases pricing is used.
- 5 - Operating Reserves - Spinning Reserve Service (L-AS5) Long-term reserves are not available from WACM.  Reserves may be provided on a pass-through cost basis, plus an additional amount for administration.
- 6 - Operating Reserve - Supplemental Reserve Service (L-AS6) Long-term reserves are not available from WACM.  Reserves may be provided on a pass-through cost basis, plus an additional amount for administration.
- 7 - Long-Term Firm and Short-Term Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service (L-FPT1) $34.67/kW-year
