Some actions may have environmental impacts that require an environmental assessment and a detailed analysis to determine the extent and severity of the impacts. For actions that have significant impacts or consequences to the environment or human health, RM prepares environmental impact statements.

Public Comment Period on the Draft Programmatic Agreement.
Pursuant to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, Western is developing a Programmatic Agreement (PA) for routine Maintenance and Minor Construction in Colorado, Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.
