Generator:  Bandwidth is +/- 2% hourly deviation (Minimum of 4 MW).  Out-of-bandwidth receives 25% penalty.  LAP real-time average sales and purchases pricing is used.

- 5 -  Operating Reserves - Spinning Reserve Service Long-term reserves are not available from WACM.  Reserves may be provided on a pass-through cost basis, plus an additional amount for administration.
- 6 -  Operating Reserve - Supplemental Reserve Service Long-term reserves are not available from WACM.  Reserves may be provided on a pass-through cost basis, plus an additional amount for administration.
