Rocky Mountain Region Energy Management and Marketing Services Rocky Mountain's Loveland Area Projects merchant activities are responsible for load balance and resources on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. We coordinate with the Bureau of Reclamation on power plant maintenance schedules and then determine regulation and spinning reserve requirements and availability.
