Sierra Nevada regional manager named
Jim Keselburg selected to lead California team
LAKEWOOD, Colo.--A long-time Western manager was named today to head up the agencys Sierra Nevada Customer Service Region.
?"Jim Keselburg brings a wealth of experience in power marketing, operations and maintenance to the Sierra Nevada regional manager's office gained in several challenging assignments in two Western regions," noted Western's Administrator Mike Hacskaylo. Keselburg will play a key role in planning, coordinating and directing the construction of the Path 15 transmission addition.
?Keselburg currently serves as maintenance manager in the Rocky Mountain Region. He previously served as RM's operations manager and power marketing manager. Keselburg joined Western in 1978 as an electronics technician in the Phoenix District Office. He moved into a public utility specialist position and was later selected as Power Contracts and Customer Service director for Western's Boulder City (Nev.) Area Office.
?Keselburg holds a bachelor's degree in management from Seattle University. He will lead more than 150 Federal employees and 50 contractors in marketing and delivering reliable, cost-based Federal hydropower to millions of consumers in northern and central California. SN regional staff also operate and maintain a network of 855 miles of high-voltage transmission lines ranging from 69 to 500 kV.
