The CEAS office is a new organization at Western that will oversee and coordinate all of Western's engineering design and administrative and other program support functions.
"I am delighted to return to Denver and look forward to leading a new organization that has such a critical impact on the success of our agency. There will be many challenges ahead, but we will be successful because of the dedicated people who I know and respect," commented Meeks.
Meeks lives in Clarksville, Md. His wife Artena and sons Joshua (age 7) and Ethan (age 5) will move to the Denver area.
