Equipment Loan Program news
Western's Equipment Loan Program provides customers with technical equipment and training at little or no cost. The equipment helps customers with energy efficiency and allows them to "test drive" new technologies before investing in expensive equipment.
We've recently added several new pieces of equipment to our loan program inventory:
Infrared Cameras

- Digital or video image storage
- Training materials for infrared scanning

- Power and demand analyzers
- Power quality, energy and harmonics analyzers
- Training kits for power quality analysis
Wind Analyzers
- Anemometer kits with 20 meter towers
