Energy Services welcomes new Billings manager
Western’s Energy Services Program welcomes Energy Services Specialist John Pankratz, to the Western Energy Services team. Pankratz will oversee work with Upper Great Plains customers on integrated resource planning and manage UGP’s Energy Services program. His energy experience spans more than 15 years and includes:
- Preparing demand-side management programs, energy conservation programs and integrated resource plans for end users and utility companies.
- Developing performance contracting programs and making direct customer sales.
- Assisting with electric generation and transmission planning and program development.
- Setting up information technology database and networking systems for energy and end-use customer systems.
Pankratz is a Certified Energy Manager and a member of the American Hospital Association and the Association of Energy Engineers. He and his family relocated to Billings, Mont., from Colorado. Call him at 406-247-7392 or e-mail pankratz@wapa.gov.
