Western's Energy Services Power Line provides energy-related technical assistance from the Western-sponsored Energy Information Clearinghouse. The Clearinghouse maintains a highly skilled staff of engineers, energy specialists, librarians and others who provide responses to questions about energy production, use, efficiency, policies and procedures or trends.
