Reporting deadlines

I.   Initial IRP or alternative report due:

• One (1) year after Western begins delivering firm electric power
• One (1) year after Western approves alternative reporting formats (does not extend the one-year requirement)
• IRP and alternative plan updates are required every five (5) years after Western’s initial approval

II.  Annual Progress Report

• Required within 30 days of the anniversary date of approval of current IRP or alternative report
