Approval criteria

I. IRPs and alternative reports will be evaluated on the basis of:

• Meeting all criteria in 10 CFR 905
• Reasonableness of the plan with regard to: Customer size, type, resource needs, geographic area and competitive situation
• Resource choice selection (EPAct 1992 section 114)
