Western Area Power Administration is soliciting proposals for an energy commodity combined with a renewable energy certificate and/or renewable electricity for the United States Department of Air Force, Edwards Air Force Base. Letters of intent are due April 28, 2006 and final proposals are due on May 16, 2006.
