    Boulder Canyon Project (BCP) electric service contracts are set to expire on September 30, 2017. Pursuant to applicable legal authorities and responsibilities,
    Western utilized a public process to establish power marketing criteria to be used in its determination of allocations of the BCP resource pool referred to as
    "Scheduled D". On (DATE), Western made a call for applications from entities seeking allocations of Schedule D power from Western. In order to be considered
    for an allocation of Schedule D power from Western, applicants will be required to submit the following Applicant Data Profile form by (date).
