Customers

CRSP Management Center staff serve preference customers in Arizona, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Wyoming and Texas. We sell power generated from hydroelectric powerplants of the Colorado River Storage Project and the Collbran, Dolores, Rio Grande and Seedskadee projects. This power is bundled and sold as the Salt Lake City Area Integrated Projects to cities and towns, rural electric cooperatives, agricultural irrigation districts and Federal and state agencies. We also sell power from the Provo River Project in Utah and the Falcon-Amistad Project in Texas. These electrical resources total more than 1,900 megawatts of installed generating capacity, which produce enough energy to power 1.2 million households.

CRSP Management Center employees develop and direct marketing programs; develop, negotiate and administer contracts and set power rates; analyze hydroelectric power availability; participate in environmental protection measures; manage finances; and interact with customers in Utah, New Mexico and parts of Wyoming, Nevada, and Arizona. We also provide services to customers of the Amistad-Falcon Project in Texas. We work as managers, engineers, contract specialists, rate analysts, environmental specialists, accountants, webmasters, energy marketers and administrative essentials.
